England start their World Cup campaign

After nearly 3 days of action-packed Rugby, it's time for England. England has George Ford at fly-half while captain Owen Farrell at inside centre. Also, Billy Vinupola starts for England while brother Mako misses out, also Manu Tualiagi who had two bad World Cups playing alongside Farrell. The game is held in Saporrro where England's football team took on Argentina in the 2002 Football World Cup. Meanwhile, Tonga has 7 English based players in the team including the captain Saile Piutau. Farrell making 6 of 7 kicks Before the game, Tonga did their version of the Haka, the Sipitau, while the England fans that travelled sung Swing Low Sweet Chariot. Rugby World Cup kicked off in Tokyo

After a busy summer in which England's cricket team were dominating the headlines with their World Cup and Ashes, and England's women's football team got to the semi-final of the Women's World Cup, now its the turn of the Rugby squad to take the headlines. Though they don't play until Sunday morning in the Sapporo Dome,  against Tonga. That completes a breakfast of rugby after Ireland face Scotland and Wales take on Georgia on Monday. It's the first-ever Rugby World Cup tournament in Asia. NFL is back with the oldest rivalry

Green Bay quarterback Aaron Rodgers So Thursday night saw the start of a special season in the NFL as it celebrates its 100th season. The league is celebrating this by having a special game every week through the season with games that were significant in the NFL's history, the first of those was last night's opening game between the NFL's two oldest teams and the oldest rivalry in the league. The Green Bay Packers vs the Chicago Bears. The Packers are involved in 2 other special games this year as they take on the Oakland Raiders in week 7 and the Chiefs in week 8 as they played the same teams in the first 2 Super Bowls. And this season the road to the Super Bowl starts from Chicago and ends in Miami, Florida with Super Bowl 54.
